At Home Beignet Mix!

Now you can make our Beignets at home!

This is another family recipe that we just had to share. The same exact recipe that we use to make the Beignets at Lancaster Beignet Company. 

Instructions included. Just add Water, Eggs, Shortening and Evaporated Milk (Milk is included with mix).

Makes about 36 Beignets.
